As a retail investor, I am appalled on a daily basis by the absolute disregard for transparency and fair markets for us, the little guy. There are clearly 2 different sets of rules for big money and small money. It's getting to the point that every part of our financial system seems fraudulent and is held together only by wishful thinking and blissful ignorance.
As for this rule, retail prefers transparency when it comes to reporting of any kind, especially by SROs.
