Retail investors, myself included, want to participate in a fair market. We need (and I need) transparency in the market data to allow us/me to make informed decisions.
I would be for any changes to reporting requirements that increase the timeliness or transparency of what is reported but would oppose any reporting requirement changes that limit transparency or delay the release of the fullest possible information regarding required reporting.
Especially for SROs. We need greater visibility to their member activity. They do not sufficiently hold themselves accountable, and corruption runs amok in these environments. Must not be allowed to hide behind lax reporting requirements.
