I, as a retail trader, prefer more transparency during the reporting stage - especially by SROs. I also understand the need for efficiency, and suggest the CFTC look into blockchain technology for reports such as these. That can be transparent and keep a ledger of previous transactions/edit/reports that will also be able to be linked to specific people who made those changes/edits.
