Comment Text:
This proposed rule change will continue a long policy campaign by the CFTC to hid swaps and potential fraud by institutions from the public at large. This rule does nothing to benefit average citizens and continues to obfuscate U.S. Markets. The CFTC is heading in a direction that will impact U.S. Citizens in a very negative way, and with policies such as this, will destroy a free and healthy market.
