This comment is in response to 87 FR 37839.
To whom it may concern,
as a professional investor I highly value a certain degree of transparency when it comes to reporting of any kind, especially by SROs to adequately make investment decisions.
Therefore, although I understand the need for response efficiency, I strongly disagree with any alterations in reporting requirements if such alterations resulted in less transparency.
I call for more scrutinous reporting standards for CFTC member organizations in order to increase transparency, accountability and to allow CFTC members effectively manage risks that may lead to market instability.
