Regulation of Retail Forex
To Whom It May Concern:
I have just received notice that there is a proposal to restrict leverage in the retail forex market for U.S.
citizens to 10-to-1. I would like to ask you to please reconsider this regulation as trading the retail forex
is how I make my Jiving, I am a day trader. Changing the leverage requirement would put me and others
I know out of a job, so to speak. I understand how traders can abuse the use of leverage, but is it really
necessary to put those who don't abuse it and make a living off of it in the same arena? I am sure there is
another way, please, please reconsider this action, thank you.
