My issue with all of this is simple. If this is intended to protect the investor as it should be then I should have no issues with platforms stealing my money again. Getting what I’m owed should be simple and automatic. That’s the way it should be. Retail investors are not surrounded by attorneys all day and should never have to get one. Facts are facts. We can’t screw up as neither should they be able too.
