Dear Sir,
Mr Secretary,
The forex market has been the greatest thing that I have done all my life. And the chances that it offers for the
amount invested has been unmatched. For the whole world it has been forever 100:1 and to buy one Lot and
invest about a $1,000 has been what we grew up with, now to make one Lot for $10,000 means you basically
want to remove hundreds of thousands of people from the market and make the rich richer and deny the average
person a chance towards success, because that will not be attainable... I hope you review this proposition as it
will affect at least the pursuit of success of millions of young Americans ...
