Dear Mr. Secretary,
This email is in response to the proposed changes in the leverage ratio from the current 100-1 to 10-1 in the spot
currency market. I strongly urge the CFTC to not change the leverage ratio which would make it difficult to profit
from trading. I'm a new trader but am aware that this proposed change can possibly impact the U.S. economy by
sending money into foreign markets. Whenever we tie the hands of investors and entrepreneurs by over regulation,
we effectively destroy our country's competitive edge and ability to remain the economic leader in the world. Please,
do not allow this change.
