You are supposed to regulate the forex market, not to kill it. Don't do what the Soviet dictator Stalin did many years
ago. He thought that by eiliminating the person will eliminate the problem. If you think that this is the right
approach anyway, you can start with ECB. They are more responsible for the world economic problems than all of
the speculators.
