Hi, i dont understand why CFTC wants to set leverage at 10: 1.
instead of protecting the public you are killing them, its as simple as that. i hope you reconsider that. THere will be
much more fraud because of less people in the market. Rich will get richer, please dont make it any worse, the
world is already in a mess...
