    'Regulation of Retail Forex'
    To whom it may concern:
    RIN 3038-AC61
I have been trading forex for nearly 2 years after losing my job during the economic disaster in this
country. I have been able to pay my mortgage and feed my family because I learned how to trade
forex. I took a hit after the last leverage adjustment. Please take into consideration the impact this
new regulation you are considering will have on retail forex traders. I think it to be a civil rights issue
if the leverage is changed again and takes the retail forex trader out of business. Enough is enough. I
personally will be out of business among many, many other responsible retail forex traders. How am I
going to make a living? Take into consideration those of us who are responsible traders and do not cry
and place blame on the brokers when we have a loss. Please take into consideration civil rights of the
American retail forex traders. When will it be enough for you?
    Sincerely,
    Brandi Lynch
