As a trader that been trading the markets for over 20 years, the leverage aspect of trading enables the little gu to compete with the big
institutions.
If this is taken away through overegulating we belive this will be a bloe to the free markets here and force man trades to trade
overseas in other markets
Please reconsider the proposed regulations.
