Hello!
I am writing to lend my voice to the table on this proposal. I have recently started to learn FOREX trading and I
am very interested in pursuing and continuing this. However, if the leverage regulations change I will not be able to
sustain any volume investment and it will in fact opt me out of the market not of my own choosing. This proposal
will make it so that only institutions can trade in this market. I do not agree with this at all and I urge you to not
change the leverage regulations.
