Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Secretary,
It is with great disappointment in the proposed changes to leverage the retail forex market (RIN 3038-
AC61) that I write to you.
I agree with Gary Tilkin when he says "We believe that these proposed regulations will so significantly
change the leverage factor as to eliminate the forex trading opportunity for many individual traders".
Changing these regulations as proposed would destroy the opportunity that many have worked hard to
create for themselves. This regulation seems unnecessary and punitive. Please do not allow these new
regulations to pass.
