Greetings,
It is in the best interest of this committee and the millions of retail investors to do away with the
proposed change. It is retrogressive and some what prejudice. What this will do in the end is lock out
thousands small retail investors out of this large market. But you don't need me to tell you this It is
something that this commission already knows.
I would hate to think that this proposal is a baby of some few select who are trying to have it their way
for selfish reasons.
As a retail investor I strongly oppose the proposal and millions of investors like me do to.
