To Whom It May Concern,
This proposal is ridiculous as it gives all other nation(s) an unfair advantage to any Forex
trader in the United States. If this proposal goes thru.., it will mark a massive
exodus of
money being wired to offshore / overseas account.
I sincerely hope that this proposal does not go thru. It's bad enough that we're restricted to
100:1 ..... now 10:1 !!! This is not the solution ... put us in a level playing field with the
rest of the world of traders.
