Dear Sir,
Please note that I agree with limitations on leverage in all markets including Forex for both retail
and institutional investors. But letting institutional investors escape limitations such as these
creates unfair playing fields with retail investors which I am not in favor of. Big invest~nent firms
are doing America a huge diservice to think that $500 trillion plus dollars of derivative assets is
anything more than make-believe. So please do not limit my leverage when institutional investors
are the real cause of catastrophic consequences.
