Dear Secretary Stawick,
I strongly oppose the change in leverage, mainly because it affects traders primarily who have smaller
accounts; shutting them out of the market. The change in leverage will allow traders with larger margins
to work against those with smaller margins by making it easier to force traders with smaller margins to
be liquidated out of their positions in the market. It's bad enough that retail forex brokers are "market
makers", potentially working against their clients. Please consider my thoughts in your decision.
