Regulation of Retail Forex
Dear Secretary,
I want to express my disappointment in the proposed changes to leverage in the retail forex market. RIN 3038-
AC61.
I agree with Gary Tilkin when he says "We believe that these proposed regulations will so significantly change the
leverage factor as to eliminate the forex trading opportunity for many individual traders".
I have spent several years, a great deal of time and money studying, practicing, perfecting my skills and trading.
Changing these regulations as proposed would destroy the opportunity I have worked hard to create for myself.
This regulation, in my opinion, is unnecessary and punitive. Please do not allow these new regulations to pass.
