Regulations proposal of Retail Forex
David Stawick,
In regards to: RIN 3038-AC61
I trade the Forex and also help with education services surrounding the Forex. It is my considered opinion after thoroughly reviewing
the proposed regulations that this would hurt the majority of Forex traders. By and large we are very educated in strategy and all the
implications and risks of trading this market. This proposal seems focused on the unsophisticated and uneducated traders who
shouldn't be in the Forex to begin with. I would strongly encourage you to review the people that trade the Forex and get a better feel
for their competence and then revise the proposal accordingly.
