Regulation of Retail Forex
I am a retail forex trader and I strongly object to the new regulations proposed in RIN 3038-AC61. In particular I disagree
with the CFTC proposing to limit the amount of leverage available to traders. Not only would this proposed regulation
severely limit a trader's potential, it will drive even more business away from the US retail forex brokers.
Please DO NOT pass this law!
