I am a below-average-incomed person who trades with minimal capital, therefore this rule will
definitely impact myself as I need to fork out more capital. Everyone deserve to be educated and will
trade accordingly to his risk appetite; that is, with minimal capital.
There are many people in the world who do not have $10,000 and are not as wealthy as the americans
or europeans. But they are keen to learn forex, and trade.
