To Whom It May Concern:
Along with my equity trading, I enjoy trading forex. I use my speculative money and trade in a mini-
account with 1% leverage. Should the regulations be changed to a minimum of 10% leverage, I'll simply
stop trading forex and use my speculative funds somewhere else.
I am against any changes to the current system.
