To whom it may concern.
With regard to your proposal of restrictions on leverage to 10 to 1 instead of the present 100 to 1.
Please try to find your sensible head and forget this rediculous idea.
If you believe you're going to protect traders think again!
All you will do is INCREASE the loss risk, as loosing 10 is easier to stomach than loosing 100.
So traders will carry on regardless as they will only see a slight loss until that loss has built into a vast amount.
Don't DICTATE .... EDUCATE!!!!!!!!!!!!
