Dear Secretary of the CFTC:
Please pass on to the committee my disagreement with another reduction in the retail leverage requirement for
foreign currency trading in the U.S. This does not protect the trader, it eliminates opportunity for the smaller trader
and only drives him or her to other opportunities outside of the U.S. which defeats the premise of the reduction.
