I stronl~ly oppose your proposal to limit leveral~e in the Forex market. You call your self helpinl~ traders by protectinl~ them when you actually will
be hurtinl~ them. If your proposal comes to pass, it will open door to illel~al tradinl~, people movinl~ offshore, to possibly undermininl~ the US
dollar. If the CFTC wants to protect the US traders, they need to leave the system alone and focus on the realthinl~s.
CFTC is a bil~ bully who only looks out for the bil~ dol~ and does not work tol~ether with US traders to fix problems.
