Regulation of Retail Forex
To Whom it May Concern:
I am a 23 year old college student, who for the last year has been studying and practicing trading the
foreign exchange market. In the last few months I have established an understanding of the movement
of the markets and am in the process of starting a small business in the foreign exchange market. The
proposed regulation would stop me from following through on this as it would no longer be profitable to
do business in this field. Furthermore, my hard work for the past year to gain an understanding in this
market would be for naught. I ASK YOU TO PLEASE NOT PASS THIS REGULATION. It does
nothing but kill the retail trading market.
