There have been some changes to the way we are able to trade, and it seems that maybe the efficacy of
those changes should be allowed to play out before changing them again. It would also seem that
accounts will be forced out of the USA where safety and security will be suspect. I am a small retail
trader and would not be able to make my living as I am now.
