Dear CFTC,

Congratulations of finding yet another way to drive US investors/traders away from US brokers.
If the proposed regulation is put into affect I will immediately move my account to a Swiss or
British broker so that I can continue trading as usual. All of my trader friends will be doing the
same. In fact, I know some that have already gone over at the first mention of this. I'm sure we
are not the only ones and that there will be a mass exodus away from US brokers. Great job you
guys are doing there.
Leave it to another government agency to regulate business away from the US into the hands of
foreigners. What genius thought this would be good for the people I don't know. It makes me so
angry I just want to spit.
