Credit Suisse welcomes the opportunity to provide comments on the proposed amendments to real-time public reporting requirements, proposed amendments pertaining to swap data recordkeeping and reporting requirements, and the reopening of comments on the proposed amendments for certain swap data repository and data reporting requirements issued by the CFTC.
