Dear Mr. Secretary:
The proposed change RIN 3038-AC61 will stop all of my trading in the US. I will be required to move my
accounts to London or some other business frendly location. Judging by discussion with my friends, and the local
investment club, I am not alone. We are all facing the same choice move or stop trading.
Please stop this change! I don't want to move!
