CFTC Chairman Giancarlo has done an admirable job in representing the sentiment on the cryptocurrency community. His statements to the Senate earlier this week echoed what myself and my peers hope for in terms of government oversight that is constructive without being restrictive, and serves to make the virtual currency space safe enough such that average Americans can enjoy the sweeping benefits it brings.
