I am writing to encourage you to refrain from passing any regulation that might stifle the growth of blockchain and similar technologies. Though regulation is necessary to ensure protection of the people, it is imperative that the same regulation does not stifle usage of the technology. The utility of blockchain technology for data reliability, security, and transparency is obvious for private use within same corporations, but the same applies to open source public ally offered coins in order to keep competition accross all industries.
Thank you!
Ryan
