I appreciate the willingness to keep an open-minded approach to emerging cryptographic-based assets that the Chairman displayed in his comments today. I feel well-represented by the CFTC when such an intelligent and fair rationale is put forth. An open dialogue is beneficial to all parties, in my opinion, and Chairman Giancarlo showed today that he and the authorities involved are open to innovation that helps Americans proper.
