I was strongly encouraged today by the testimony given by the Chairman's thoughtful and well-reasoned approach regarding virtual currencies. I felt that my interests as US citizen, in general, were very well represented by the Chairman in today's testimony. The testimony conveyed knowledge and authority on the subject matter, and instills great confidence in the ability of the CFTC as an agency to appropriate regulate without doing harm. I encourage the CFTC to continue its current approach in regulating this space against bad actors, while fostering growth and innovation.
