Mr Giancarlo represented himself, the CFTC, and the USA as well informed and very thoughtful about his charge to serve the American people. He promoted a policy that allows this technology to flourish and protect the enthusiasm it instills. Thank you Mr Giancarlo for being the right guy for the job.
