Regulation of Retail Forex
Regarding Regulation: RIN 3038-AC61
I am a small capitalized forex trader. Reducing the leverage to 10:1 would eliminate my
business. ! make my living fl:om this endeavor. It is a modest living, but it is what ! do.
use a 200:1 leverage most of the time. Sometimes, I use a 400:1 leverage.
I am not in a trade long enough for this leverage to be an issue. Most of my trades last
minutes to one hour and then I am back out of the market.
Please do not change the
maximum leverage limitation on forex trading to 10:1. Once again it would kill my
business.
