'Regulation of Retail Forex'
I don't even understand the purpose of regulating the amount of leverage in the market. This is nothing but an
attempt to keep individual investors from being able to make a living. If you want to regulate anything you need to
make retail banks more honest and provide more transparency in their operations (in regards to stop hunting,
spread changes, etc.).
This proposal is evil to me and make absolutely no sense. How does this regulation help anybody. Leave this
market alone unless, like I said, you're going to regulate the abuses done by the brokers. I will be contacting my
congressman about this and making sure he's aware of this unneccessary proposal (RIN 3038-AC6:~) .
