I am a self-employed, small account, currency trader. My livelihood depends on my leverage being sustained at 100:1. Why on earth do
regulators want to destroy my ability to make an honest living? We need small businesses in order to move our economy in the right direction.
Please regulate, where necessary, the large institutions but don't eliminate the little guy. Thank you, David Sullivan.
