Dear Sir,
What is the purpose of the proposed CFTC's 10:1 leverage changes.
It can't be to help the trader.
So it must be to eliminate the small trader.
Who has asked for this change anyway, some fat cat with connections.
It's worked fine for years, why not leave it alone.
