Dear Mr. Secretary,
As an independent for-ex trading investor, I
totally disagree with the leverage reduction from
100:1 to 10: 1. If this goes to the either the U.S.
House of Representatives or U.S. Senate, I will
call my local representatives from both houses
and tell them that I am totally against the RIN
3038-AC61.
