Open letter to all commissioners and regulators.
I am writing to demand the implementation and regulation of the Position Limits Rule! Why has not this Rule been enforced already?
Please investigate JP Morgan and others in their illegal manipulation of silver and gold prices and short positions.
We need these evil con-men stopped and legal action taken against them before they destroy our entire economy.
