One year after Dodd-Frank became law and you SOB's STILL haven't begun enforcing "Position limits" on Futures Market speculators!!?? This is outrageous. Either do your job or get out of the way so someone who understands the need for reform can enforce the long-overdue Dodd-Frank law!
As far as I'm concerned, your commission is responsible for the problem of rapidly increasing gas prices.
There's no excuse for your failure! Get moving.
