Does the CFTC intend to do anything to curb oil and gas futures speculation? I thought that was a done deal upon the appointment of Mark Wetjen.
Apparently not, since I just received a message from Senator Bill Nelson (D-FL) advising that because of inaction on the part of the CFTC he has had to introduce legislation forcing curbs on futures trading.
