Dear Mr. Commissioner,
We, the ordinary citizens have known since the wall street bailouts that it is the speculators that are controling the prices of gas and other things. I thought one of the conditions of the bailouts was that regulations would come back and control the craziness. Why hasn't that happened yet?
Wallstreet went back to their enron like business as usual.
Please don't let them keep stealing from us. Hopefully the judge hearing their case can see this!
