It seems to me that if the oil speculation laws were enforced we would be better off in this country. We allow big money groups to buy large quantities of oil and then they drive up the price and sell making millions. Certainly we could do something about it. Enforce the regulations. New regulations should be imposed. If speculators buy oil they should have approved places to store it or they can’t buy it. The whole economy is moved by these people just so they could make more money. It is said the President can’t do anything about oil prices. I disagree. He should push for new legislation now and stop these dead beats.
