Enforce the laws or stop Naked shorting of stocks and commodities. Take MDMN for a example ......It has 1.5 BILLION naked short shares drawn on the company. "1.5 BILLION" ????????????? You do have to make new laws, as crooks find new ways to go around the old ones every day. But you also have to ENFORCE the ones you have on the books.
