Regulation of Retail Forex
Mr. David Stawick:
In America, we are suppose to have freedom of choice. Why should the Forex markets be any different?
Yes, I like the idea that somebody is looking out to keep everybody honest, but does the protection of
consumers from fraud and deception necessarily mean taking away that freedom of choice? The meaning
of protection is to "support" the one that is smaller or weaker. Instead, what the proposal is doing is to
"restrict" the smaller and weaker from competing and playing the game. As usual, it seems like the "haves"
always get their way and the "have nots" are kept out.
While you guys are at it, why don't you also make a proposal to limit the number of lotto tickets you can buy
to just one per drawing? Wouldn't that be fun? Everybody is safe.
Sincerely,
Jesse
