Forex Leverage Restriction Proposal: RIN 3038-AC61
Please know that I STRONGLY oppose any proposed ruling that
would
dramatically restrict leverage (10:1).
I do not oppose regulation or regulatory agencies. However, all
such regulation needs to be fair and take the consideration of
ALL investors into account. It is true that high leverage can get
some traders into trouble if used thoughtlessly, But education is
the solution, not restricting what experienced traders can and
cannot do with their investment dollars, seek to guide, not
dominate. All government should exist to protect people and their
property, not to limit any individual potential.
